Almost done

Colin is almost done with school and is so excited to go to camp on sunday. He will be gone for 4 weeks and I am going to miss him so much. I will also miss all the help he gives me. He is a true gem and I would be lost without him helping me day in and day out. He takes care of his brothers with care and compassion, kindness and love. He has stepped up to the plate more than I could have ever imagined. I am sure camp will be a nice break for him.

Attack of the Knee

This is Thomas's obscenely large knee.

Larry's Camera

As most who know us, we always have a camera in our pocket. Larry hands his camera off to the kids a lot and the pictures that come back always amaze us. Kids have a different perspective on life, it is about 2-3 feet lower. The pictures that we have from Colin, Kateri, Blaze, Chrissy... over the years are some of the best shots yet. Give a kid a camera one day and see the shots they come back with, they are really cool.

the cloth diaper bottom

unusually large, I have been using cloth diaper on the boys since birth and I have to say I love them. They keep them fresh and clean, we have yet to have any diaper rashes.

"The Shop"

We stopped at the shop to see the "Fam" all parties were there. Matt and Billy had just stopped in between jobs. It is so good to have Billy around again. We went for so long not seeing him. It is great to have family that you can lean on and that will be there to support you when needed. My parents are amazing. As soon as they finally had all three of their children out of the house they welcomed in one niece and two nephews. They are such gracious and loving people and I am so proud to have them as my parents and hope that one day I will be cool as them.

Brotherly love

Thomas needed to seek confort from his brother after a stressful time at the beach.

It must be absolutely amazing to have a twin, someone to have with you from the very beginning. They truly amaze me everyday and how much they interact with each other. they talk, laugh, and even cry at each other. They were both screaming in the bathtub last night, one would cry and it would scare the other, then the other would cry. It was a vicious cycle that was only broken by removing them un-bathed.

BTW this in one of my favorite pictures

These kids are great

The beach

After a quick stop in to the the Nuzzi's we borrowed a wagon and went up to the beach. William loved it and Thomas found the whole situation extremely overwhelming. By the time we left he did enjoy the sand. nothing like starting them young

back down at the beach house

Aunt Kim and I took the boys back down to Manasquan this week. All it took was a few sweltering hot day for Thomas to warm (literally) up to the idea of going in the pool. William of course loved the idea from the beginning

i took the babies to the apple orchards around the corner from our house. They loved hanging out in the grass, and as Thomas demonstrates even eating it.
